The hydraulic oil in the hydraulic lifting platform is pressurized by a vane pump and then flows through an oil filter, an explosion-proof solenoid directional control valve, a throttle valve, a hydraulically controlled check valve, and a balance valve before entering the lower end of the hydraulic cylinder. When the valve that causes the hydraulic cylinder piston to move upward lifts a heavy object, the oil returning from the upper end of the cylinder flows back to the oil tank through an explosion-proof solenoid directional control valve. The rated pressure is regulated by a relief valve. Observe the pressure gauge reading through the pressure gauge.

1. The rollers on the upper and lower worktables of the hydraulic lifting platform are severely worn, deformed, or have poor surface smoothness. As the rollers move within the guide grooves, the hydraulic lifting platform generates significant noise or vibration. The primary causes include insufficient machining accuracy of the rollers, poor surface smoothness, inadequate hardness of rollers that have not undergone heat treatment, as well as rough and poorly finished surfaces of the guide grooves—factors that exacerbate roller wear.
2. Due to the prolonged lack of lubrication in the hydraulic lifting platform, the rolling bearings have been damaged, causing the rollers to vibrate or produce loud noises when operating in moving mode. The solution is simple—just replace the roller bearings.
3. If the bushings or shafts connected to the arms or supports of the hydraulic lifting platform have been lacking lubrication for a long time, this will cause the hydraulic lifting platform to become noisier. In such a case, you can add lubricant. If the platform still doesn't function properly, check the wear condition of each bushing or shaft. If the wear is severe, you'll need to replace the bushings or shafts.
4. When a hydraulic lifting platform with a relatively high lifting height is equipped with guide rails, if the bearings of the guide wheels or side wheels are damaged, friction between the guide wheels and the guide rails will also produce a harsh noise during the lifting process.
